we are a woman-owned and run small business producing high-quality, hand designed t-shirts and products to fund personal training and nutrition coaching (at no cost) to our clients in underserved communities.

“Back In 2023 I built a mobile gym inside my sprinter van to bring fitness to people and communities all around Texas. My mission was simple, Fitness for all, an easily accessible “we bring the gym to you” solution. The goal was to train clients at home and hold free fitness sessions for my local community…only life had other plans.
After stepping back from my fitness endeavors for my own healing journey. I faced the daunting task of restarting when it seemed impossible. I rediscovered balance in fitness, nutrition, creativity, and calm in the midst of the storm.” - our Founder

GymCo. is more than just Shirts or fitness, it’s for good. A place to share and build community, a place to restart, grow, accept, and support those who need it most.
we do this by providing 100% free trainings, group fitness, and nutrition coaching to individuals who could use an extra hand but shouldn’t have to ask for it.
