1. Ordering and Shipping - We do our best to process and ship orders promptly. Please note all of our items are made-to-order to prevent over production and some items may ship separately from our different production partners (e.g. apparel and accessories may arrive in different packages). Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

If there are any issues with your order please reach out within 7 days of receiving it at georgiasgymco@gmail.com.

2. Returns and Exchanges - We do not accept returns for change of mind, but we will always try to make things right if your order is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Send us a photo and your order number, and we’ll work with you on a solution.

Because items are made-to-order, exchanges may not be possible, please double check the sizing charts noted with your item. You can always DM us for specific sizing or fit questions prior to your order.

3. Product Descriptions - We do our best to represent each product clearly in our photos and descriptions. Colors and sizing may vary slightly due to screen difference or product variations.

4. Mission Transparency - Every purchase helps fund free personal training and nutrition coaching for individuals looking to rebuild through movement. While we aim to keep the mission active year-round, the availability of free training may vary based on product sales and fundraising limitations. We are just getting started in this mission and your support allows us to grow.

5. Legal - All content on this site — designs, images, logos, and text — is the property of GymCo. LLC and may not be used or reproduced without explicit written and verbal permission from Jamie Muras, GymCo LLC Founder.
